With projects for all ages and skill levels, each month we come together to meet real needs by helping our neighbors, supporting local organizations, and building relationships that matter. Whether you’re handy, relational, or just willing to serve by lending a helping hand, there’s room for you and your friends. Let’s do this together!

Aberdeen Campus

In December, the Aberdeen Campus will partner with Extreme Family Outreach (EFO) to deliver Christmas gifts to families through the Star Kids Program. Click HERE to sign-up directly with EFO. Let’s come together to bring joy for local families!

Second Saturday Serve will not meet at the Aberdeen Campus location.

Sampling of Projects

We provide manual/unskilled labor, relational serving opportunities, and at least one project appropriate for elementary-aged children with their parents.

  • Neighborhood Cleanups
  • Indoor/Outdoor Painting
  • Clear Brush/Rake Leaves
  • Plant/Weed/Garden
  • Visits to Elderly/Shut-In
  • House Cleaning for Elderly/Ill
  • Prayer for Our Community
  • Random Acts of Kindness

*Plan on wearing clothes that you can work in comfortably. Also, bring work gloves if able, a water bottle and sunscreen.

Simply fill out the project request form below, and our team will gladly reach out to see how we can assist. To help us plan and staff teams, please send your request at least 7-10 days before the next Second Saturday Serve. We can’t wait to serve you!

Note: We are unable to provide any professional services (i.e. plumbing, electrical, large moves/heavy transport, or construction needs). Resources who may help: Habitat for Humanity and Housing and Community Services.
