Kingdom Run 5K | REGISTER BELOW

Kingdom Run 5K was founded as a Kingdom Assignment of Kate Schwab with a vision to reach the lost within the running community. Kingdom Run is not ran by Mountain, but holds strong roots and support by the church and its members.

Ages 18+ (minors permitted with guardian participation) | Beginner to Intermediate Fitness Levels Welcome
Runs Average 30-45 minutes with total mileage depending on individual's pace
- Group runs are every Wednesday at 6:30 PM(weather permitting) at the Abingdon Campus 
- Additional group runs are scheduled 1-2 Saturdays per month at the Ma&Pa Trail in Bel Air - dates vary and are sent out to those registered as they become available via the TeamReach app.

Additional Info 
We have both a running and walking division. Athletes participate in group prayer and devotionals, but complete the 30-45 minute workout with their selected running or walking group.

Some of our favorite places include the NCR Trail in Baltimore County, the Ma & Pa Trail in Bel Air and the Emily Bayliss Park in Harford County, but runs are not limited to these locations.

What To Expect

Runs will follow this basic format:

• Welcome - Open with prayer

• Pre-Run Group Warm-Up (approx. 5-10 minutes)

• Run (30-45 minutes)

• Post Run Small Group Stretching- Devotional & Fellowship Time (approx. 15-20 minutes)

• Goodbyes - Close with Prayer

Be sure to wear attire appropriate for running and dress for the weather. Refer to the Resource document in the TeamReach app for a list of suggested gear (cold weather running, running at night, etc.). Bring your water bottle and be ready for a great workout and fun time!
