Program Focus:
The program will focus on promoting physical health while incorporating elements of faith and community. Activities will include a mix of low-impact exercises, such as stretching, walking, and light strength training, designed to accommodate a range of fitness levels. Additionally, we’ll incorporate brief moments of reflection or prayer to keep our focus on holistic well-being—body, mind, and spirit.
Each session I will guide participants through the exercises and encourage a supportive, welcoming environment for all. Whether you're new to fitness or an experienced participant, we aim to create a space where everyone can feel comfortable and empowered.
