With school, sports, and busy schedules in full swing, Fall Retreat is the perfect time to get away and refocus. Plus, it's going to be an absolute blast. Hang out with new and old friends, worship together during sessions, and be challenged to live in community. You won't want to miss it!

Early Registration: $179
July 11 - August 2 @ 11:59 PM

Regular Registration: $195
August 3 - September 21 @ 11:59 PM

Late Registration: $229
September 22 - 28 @ 11:59 PM

Required Deposit: $50 (Non-refundable)

Registration Policy
  • A deposit of $50 is required at registration and is non-refundable
  • Final balance is due on September 30
  • Refunds (minus deposit) available until September 23
  • If you have a spot on September 21, you're responsible for the full balance
  • Exceptions must be communicated to Students@MountainCC.org before September 28
  • Students who leave the trip cannot return to rejoin

Need assistance? We'd love to help! Financial assistance is available through the Students Trips Scholarship Fund.

Application Deadline: September 19

Complete the Scholarship Request Form. Scholarships will be granted based on the Mountain Students budget and applicant need.

Frequently Asked Questions
What should my student expect at Fall Retreat?

A weekend away in community of both peers and adult leaders where space is created for God to move in their life and also have a ton of fun creating memories together. There will be powerful sessions with dynamic speakers, fun games, and impactful worship, free time where students will be able to hang out together and use the adventure elements at North Bay, and conversations in small groups where students can be real with themselves and others.

If I have never been to Mountain before, can I come?

Definitely! As long as your student is in the appropriate grade for Fall Retreat, Mountain Students would love to have your student join in.
