We often approach January focused on what we want to add—new goals, new habits, new commitments. But wisdom is sometimes subtractive. Before we can fully embrace who God is calling us to be, we need to take an honest look at what's been weighing us down and have the courage to let it go.

This series is about stepping out of fear, shame, and spiritual passivity and learning to declare—and live—what God says is true. It starts here, with a single question: What necessary ending is waiting for you on the other side of this year?
