I didn’t need college credits but I wanted to learn more about the Bible. I have taken multiple Bible classes by Dr. Magness and have been blown away by his knowledge of Bible history. He explains Biblical texts in ways you can understand and puts them into contexts from a historical perspective. I’ve had lots of “aha” moments where you finally understand what was meant by that or why things were done that way. Dr. Magness is a humble, down-to-earth type of guy who takes a personal interest in each person in his class. You can tell he genuinely cares about you. He loves to teach and it shows. It doesn’t matter if you are new to Bible study or have been in the Word for years, if you want to learn more, I highly recommend taking one of Dr. Magness’ classes. You won’t be disappointed!
