As we step into the summer season, we're sharing an important update about our weekend worship rhythm. After much prayer and thoughtful discussion, we've decided to temporarily pause our Saturday evening service at the Aberdeen Campus for the summer months, beginning the weekend of July 5th.

This decision isn't a sign of anything going wrong; rather, it's about being intentional with the unique season that summer brings. We understand that summer often shifts schedules, and we believe that even with this temporary pause, we can continue to serve our entire church community effectively. In fact, we see this season as being full of fresh opportunities for spiritual growth, deeper relationships, and joyful celebration as a church family.

Your Worship Options This Summer

While the Saturday evening service at Aberdeen will be paused, our Sunday services will continue as usual at all Mountain Christian Church campuses. We would love for you to join us each week—bring a friend, worship wholeheartedly, and be part of what God is doing here at Mountain.

If Sunday doesn't quite fit your summer schedule, don't worry! You can still experience the weekend message and stay connected:

• Stream the service online on Saturdays at 5 PM.
• Attend in-person on Thursday nights at our Mountain Road Campus.
• Attend in-person on Monday evenings at our Abingdon Campus.

These are wonderful options to remain connected and be spiritually filled during your week.

We're also incredibly excited about Mountain Summer—a season packed with opportunities for connection and community. Whether you choose to join a group, serve together, or celebrate with us at our Parking Lot Party later this summer, there are so many ways to stay engaged and grow in faith and friendships.

Our last Saturday Night Service at the Aberdeen Campus will be on June 28th. The new service times will go into effect the weekend of July 5th. This pause also provides us with an opportunity to evaluate and dream about new service times in the fall that could help us reach even more people and meet the needs of our growing community.
